Please help with lighting before it’s too late!

Ya dawg, I try to get to the easy stuff too haha.

@Aolelon I got it. Meanwell owa line cv/cc looks like they’re available from suppliers with dc barrel jack on one side and 120v us plug on other. If we can keep voltage under 54v on boards anyway. I see 60, 90, and 120 watt versions available 12v to 54v on the output.

In reality youll want about 600w of light to flower the plant and grow dense buds

I just need to know what wattage and which exact light to buy? Would two 300 watt (85 watt equivalent ) daylight cfl bulbs work?

They are 300w equivalent (85w), but yes essentially they would work just fine, like @dbrn32 said, if you can get some kind of a reflector on them and turn them horizontal over the plant they would be so much better, and a lot of the light is wasted through the sides of those when verticle.

I agree with @Aolelon. Do they have any that are warmer white, like 2700k or 30000k.

Ideally you would veg under the daylight (5000k) and flower under both. That should create a reasonable experience.

If I bought two of these would this be good? For veg and flowering?

Im no expert but I’m fairly certain @dbrn32 and @Aolelon would say it’s a waste.

They look to be super basic China made fixtures.

I’ve yet to see anyone happy with the results under anything like that. Not worth spending $50 on in my opinion.

what about one of each of these??

Their 300 watt equivalent (85 watts)

&&are these a standard size fit bulb?

Or how about these? These look to be forsure standard sized. Does medium based mean like a standard sized bulb?

They are standard sized to screw in at the base. the higher in wattage the bigger they get though, but they should still be able to screw in to a regular mogul base.

Look for E26/27 or E40.

26/27 is standard screw in lightbulb, 40 is a bigger size seen on HID lamps, as one example.

What standard size bulb can I use to grow this plant? Options and suggestions? I only have 2 lamps, only growing one plant. Can somebody please put me in the right direction? I literally just need 2 standard sized bulbs that I can order online or get from a local store that will do a good job growing this plant

The CFLs that you posted should be fine. I’m not sure what more to offer. 2 bulbs aren’t going to grow a massive plant. Tbh you are probably going to just be able to get a small plant with minimal yield. Whatever you buy just make sure it has E26/27 as that is the socket size you need.
