So, they were fine yesterday? What did you do/give them since then or last few days, and what’s those orange and green things? Need lots more info.
Orange and green things probably pipe cleaners but, I agree, need more info 
Leaves that go limp are usually drowning from to much water which gives no room for oxygen. or in hydro it can be not enough oxygen in water.
