Plant protector help mixing

I somehow have a problem with tiny little gnats I’m getting them caught on sticky cardboard stuff from Walmart but I wanted to see what are the mixing directions and how should I use the plant nutrient protector from ilgm

Not familiar with it but you can simply crush mosquito dunks and soak them in water a bit and use to water plants, kills adults and larvae. Amazon sells the same in liquid form for easier mixing. I can’t remember the name, I’m pretty lit right now, mabey someone will chime in with the name of the liquid.

I’ve had great results with Mosquito bits. I just followed the directions on the bag and did it for 3 waterings and it took care of them. I just used fly strips for the adults.
