Plant behind schedule

So my plant ended up with root rot. I ended up saving her. She is behind schedule but looking good. I also don’t have the best of lights but it’s working. I topped her a few weeks back and she is doing good. Putting out strong odor. She was planted back in June. When do you think I will start seeing the flowing stage. Again she was stunted and is behind schedule. I don’t have great pic but I can post what I have from last week sometime. Can post another after im off. First time grower as well

Have you changed the light schedule to <= 12 hours per day? She will almost certainly be capable of flowering at 8 to 10 weeks. Some plants are stubborn, but it isn’t something that happens frequently. The longest I’ve ever seen a plant go is 12 weeks. Most are capable of flowering at btw 4 and 7 weeks.

What kind of lighting are you working with? Brand and model.

300 watt led grow light. Wife got it for me without my knowledge. But it say suitable for all stages of plant growth.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but those lights won’t produce the buds you’re wanting. I checked it out and it’s really only 40w, which is maaaaaybe enough for 1 plant, but not with those diodes. You’ll want closer to 200 true, from the wall, watts, and something with up to date, high end diodes. HLG, Spider Farmer, AC Infinity, Mars Hydro, all make great lights that use the latest LED tech. They definitely cost more than what you have, but lighting is the main thing not to skimp on with indoor growing.
