Plan second grow

You’ll need to replace them when they go out, and they tend to last a year. Many people will replace them every grow or 6months.

I’m of the opinion that growers should always buy the cheapest bulbs (obviously not shoddy bulbs, but the cheapest high-quality bulb). I ignore the agro-spectrum bulbs.

So how many watts minimum for three to four small to medium autos. If good leds are over a thousand dollars to flower a 4/4 than I might as well just go hps/mh and pay the electricity bill will probably be a wash in the end anyway.

I am with @KeystoneCops it is going to be very expensive to efficiently light a 4 x 8 space with quality lights. A 4 x 4 space you’re looking at about 700 bucks with Two led HLG 260 v2 rspec XL lights would be a good choice for a 4 x 4 space.

Alternatively, you could buy a single HLG 260 XL and partition off a 2’x4’ section of your tent with panda film. Add more lights as you save money by growing your own.

In a 2’x4’ with autos I would expect a minimum of 8 ounces in 3 months with the right genetics. How much flower do you need?

I will have a little while to save up and do a 4by4 is what I was thinking. So hlg is the biggest bang for the buck I am getting?

HLG isn’t the absolute lowest cost manufacturer, but they are pretty close, they only use top quality components, and their customer service is excellent. I’d order direct from them and use the code when prompted to save 10%.

HLG is overwhelmingly the most popular brand on this site, excluding the blurple Amazon lights everyone fumbles with initially.

Dont think your allowed to post hlg discount codes as they can be promoting a specific person’s code @dbrn32 said it the other day not to be a bummer

600 watt hps per 4x4 is pretty solid. I would always buy one with air cooled hood just in case it gets a little warm in summer months.

It’s because of the affiliate association. I don’t have an issue with you trying to save a few bucks for another member. But the codes go back to an affiliate, and we’re not suppose to allow them.
