I was reading about some photo period but couldn’t really find an answer
by when do I need to be strict about light cycle interruptions? right now I have two, 9 day old seedlings(bag seed) on a 18/6 off schedule
ocassionally I’ll interrupt the light come and turn on the lights in their dark cycle… should I be strict about not interrupting the dark cycle at this stage ? or is this more critical during veg or flowering 12/12 stage?
Ive never worried about it during veg. During flower i try not to interrupt them, but i still do fairly often lol i just try to keep my time in there as short as possible.
Its during flower that a consistent light schedule matters.
I also dont stress it at all on 18/6. At 12/12 i keep it down to here and there. 10 or 15 minutes in if needed wont reveg them or hermie. At least never do to me. I go in lights out some when i forget my preventative spray. Am bored and wanna adjust something. Etc. Just not a daily habit. I am a caveman KISS guy anyway.

I won’t stress too hard over it at this stage
