Personal growth experience

Personal experiences in planting in 2025:
Seed to grow space ratio: Always grow seeds as big as your grow tent or medium. I started this year with 30 seeds out of enthusiasm – although I had a lot of headaches and doubts when I got the seeds, and I still think half of my seeds are fake.

Reliability, safety and accessibility of the planting site:I didn’t have a completely safe place nearby and after a lot of headaches and searching, my friends agreed to let me use a room in their house to grow indoors (thanks to good and true friends) – I kept 9 seeds indoors and moved the rest outside to grow outdoors, which is about 200 km from where I live – it’s a long way, but I had to get the plants there because I had to keep going. Please start growing carefully and according to your conditions, not like me due to financial pressure and lack of space

Careful care of plants: Especially in indoor growing, there are small but important points, such as the type of strain and quality light, which I was almost deprived of both of these - they must be in your place of residence so that you can be careful every day and monitor minor changes such as changing the location of the pots and rotating them and managing the leaves and light and fertilization and temperature and humidity, which I could not do in this case because my friend had a grow tent at his house and I went every 3 or 4 days to water them, which I do not think is enough.

Experience and information:I have had the experience of growing a few plants in my portfolio before, but I had never done the work from zero to one hundred before this. My first experience was alone and in silence and at a total expense of this project that I have carried out so far. I started only by studying the resources and relying on myself. And I am satisfied with my performance. (A boy never fails)

Purpose of cultivation:First, interest in growing ancient and important plants, and then selling the product and making money. Now that I have entered the field of work and sales more, I see that selling is very difficult and demanding. Especially for me, who does not have much product and may not have a lot of quality compared to competitors. My product, which can be commented on after the first smoke.

Society’s attitude: Regarding the living environment and way of thinking, this can definitely change from a natural state of plant cultivation to a dangerous and troublesome state, both in terms of social thinking and legality. I am not lucky with this either, and the society has a very bad opinion of the name of the plant, let alone cultivation and consumption.

Conclusion: Regardless of all the troubles and costs that I think are compensated, I am interested in this work and I hope that one day the strictness will be reduced so that we can enjoy our cultivation easily, but currently it is a dangerous and risky job that may derail a person’s entire future. Now I have a richer experience, but it is not clear where and when it will be useful to me. You can also write your experiences here briefly so that I can use them. Be successful and productive.

My takes

  1. Moisture control is important, sucks to lose a lot to mold or rot at the end.
  2. pH is a common culprit for leaf issues
  3. Water to runoff once roots are established
  4. A magnetic mixer is a game changer
  5. A trim bowl is a game changer
  6. Your plant are always 2 weeks from harvest until harvest
  7. Don’t look at trichs until the red hairs are receded back into the bud.
  8. Back up anything crucial to your grow (meters, lights, etc.)
  9. Always ask on the forum, there is too much knowledge and experience available to not utilize it.
  10. Budwash indoors and outdoors

Protect your home, vent to outdoors, or use a dehumidifier.
WPM can be a losing battle if your house is moldy.
I smell mold off people and their clothing and they aren’t even aware their home is moldy. Get an outside opinion.
If it’s not your house and your landlord doesn’t approve then have some respect and stop growing, or move.

You all don’t call it marijuana though do you?
I call it Cannabis as I will not contribute to using a name founded in fear and ignorance.

That was a good point you made - the translation of the original name in our language is hashish, which is a very bad name.
