Overwater? Underwater?

2 plants 2 different tents, both started to droop? Is it overwater? Underwater? Last watering was 2/7/25 until runoff for both plants, was about a half gallon each ph 6.2 before that they looked super happy with praying leaves which makes me think I might of overwatered them? Thanks

Drooping is normal unless excessive. It occurs most frequently around watering time or lights on or off. That said, if you think you are overwatering, then you probably are. Let your soil dry out between waterings.

Here’s updated picture today… any advice? Should I take it out of the 12/12 schedule? It’s only been flipped for 3 days. Pulled one of lower leaves that were light green and broke the stem and it was definitely wet… will it perk back up when it’s ready for water again? I don’t want to lose this one

When in doubt dry it out.

Thank you, I flipped back to 18/6 have floor fans blowing on pot and oscillating tent fan going too. Should I wait until the leaves perk back up? Will they?

Pictures in white light are preferable FYI.

Sorry, here is some updated pictures in white light

They look thirsty to me… if you last watered on 2/7 I would DEF water
My plants are in 5 gallon pots and need water every 3rd day, maybe stretch it to 4.

What is your soil mix made up of?

FFOF I broke off a leaf that was yellowing and it definitely had water in the branch, leafs don’t feel dry or anything which made me believe it was overwatered

Went in and checked on it today. Looks worse everyday, soil was definitely dried up, so I gave it a SMALL amount of water just enough to see if she will perk back up without drowning her

I’m pretty sure your method of checking for moisture is not going to be accurate before it’s too late. Is the top 2” of soil dry? By the look of the pics it seems dry. when did you transplant last?

Could stick my index finger in the soil and it was dry, picked it up and pot was light. I transplanted from solo cups into 7 gal fabric pots about a month ago

Thirsty af imo…

I used to use FFOF but would add perlite because I didn’t think it drained well enough from the bag. Now I use Bio365 and won’t look back…

Thanks for the help bro, I gave her some water and she’s already bouncing back up… hope I didn’t cause too much damage…

They’ll be fine… mj is super resilient. They like to dry out a little between waterings but like I mentioned earlier, I wouldn’t go more than maybe 5 days between waterings and that number of days will decrease as the plant and roots develop
