Over watered or under watered?

Hello can anyone help with seeing if this plant maybe over or under watered? It’s in coco perlite and I only water it every 3 days with a litre each a plant . Thanks
Also the plant is feeling a little brittle compared to the other plant

Coco should be watered daily

Really ? I did hear that but I’m worried about over watering because I’m in winter and atm finding it hard to keep temperatures above 23 on a good day and a lot it’s under 21 so the coco looks wet . I’m new at indoors and need all the help I can get  tell me more haha

It’s important. Coco becomes hydrophobic if left to dry out, which can cause further problems.

Do you think a litre is enough? @MidwestGuy

Water to runoff

Coco fibers don’t work the same as soil. Water will drain immediately and tiny air pockets will be present throughout the media and let the roots get oxygen. This is the issue with watering soil too often. The soil wont have enough air for the roots if watered before it dries out to some degree. Oxygen is essential for good root health. Its why hydroponic systems have a bubbler or other system to provide air into the liquid. So coco can be, and should be, watered at least every day. Some people water it even more frequently.

@Spiney_norman one more question, my pots are always heavy and was wondering if this was normal? Even if I hadn’t watered them enough

Thats fine. You dont want them to dry out. It will take less water at first but heavy is fine.
