I’ve been working during the day and in the studio at nights
My body can’t do this like when I was in m20’s
I feel the sleep deprived crash coming 
But it should be fun this month

I I’ve been working the day job and jumping back in the studio
I’m getting ready for a couple artists to come though on tour and hopefully I can ghost write some songs or produce some beats
I’m rusty & slow
but I’m ok thanks for checking I just knew I wasn’t going to get much rest till Saturday

Ag my brother… According to my Brain CT scan i have a Benign Sphenoid Cyst/Mucocele that are pressing on my brain now and then causing me to have GrandMal Epileptic seizures… had one Sunday at about 14h00, was sleeping due to working night shift at the hospital…
So my tongue and mouth are full of holes from the bitting and my body is fuc…n sore…
Luckily i have a good “other half” my wife nursed me and she went to work Sunday night allone… luckily she is back home, and i am busy rolling a few joints for us…
One of the reasons i am taking the cannibis grow seriously this time is to make concentrate that will help me with my health issues… already drinking handful of tablets per day - that i know long-term it is for your body…

Who knows, maybe one day we will have a few joints and together… (not a sin to dream)

I was only there for migraines

Worked out that my 6 month Internal Medicine doctor visit was booked for yesterday 02/04/24 at the Pretoria Academic Hospital… At the end got my Epilim meds increased and booked to see the Neurologist next month…
But thanks again… cannafamily…!
As soon as i can harvest majority of my flowers they will go for concentrate…
