Yes. We have shared the reason for the discontinued sales and shipping to Australia. The reason is; too high of a % of shipments did not make it past customs.
ILGM had no choice, after many attempts to fulfill orders, and giving refunds, but to suspend sales and shipping to Australia and New Zealand and points East.
We are so sorry.

We are working on a solution for bringing back shipping to Australia. We really hope to be able to resume shipping to Australia as soon as possible but we can’t make any promises at this time.
I totally understand you can’t wait and want to get ready for next grow season.
We do hope to see you back as soon as we resume shipping to Aus again!
