Ordered HLG 260XL and got the 260

So what I get out of all that is, HLG has the best customer services because they make Alot* of mistakes :sweat_smile:
It’s cool they hook people up when they mess up, but seems like they mess up alot :man_facepalming:
You made 3 separate purchases and they failed to actually deliver either a working unit or what you actually paid for all 3 times :flushed:

I’ve got over $12k in equipment none is HLG.
(Other then I got a trash tent that they sold for a short time)

And its poorly made, probably why they didn’t make them long.

But out of all the lights and other equipment, I’ve never had to contact any manufacturers customer service once.

I work in sales and distribution and if a customer ever got 3 separate wrong orders we’d be haveing a team meeting at minimum if someone didn’t get fired :sweat_smile:

So many say HLG has awsome customer service, and thats great…
But I can’t help but wonder “why everyone knows this” :thinking: why are so many having to call customer service in the first place :man_shrugging:

It wasnt HLGs fault, they corrected the distributors error. The 260 i purchased, i broke the tab when setting it up. They fixed my error.

I buy through growlightdepotdotcom because of payment flexibility with zero interest.

HLG is top of the line in quality/service very hard to beat✌🏻

I’ve been here for 4 years and have never heard a single complaint about HLG customer service.

I’ve had one problem product, and HLG shipped me a replacement for next-day delivery.

They sent me brand new one with label to return the old, asked to add something that cost 2$ and honestly i was surprised it wasn’t added. Was disappointing but the lights are so damn good
