I’m still a beginner grower but I haven’t seen this before or is this normal? This grew from one seedling.
You have twins.
Not normal but not not normal. I can’t remember who it was who had twins from one seed before. Maybe @Tylersays or @TheVirginian ?
I have some burning questions about your setup - what on earth is going on and why? It looks like coco nuggets and a hydro reservoir?
I do the cup of water, then paper towel, then move them Usually to a 5 gallon bucket with coco coir on a hydroponic set up and it’s worked great for every time…
Am I going to have to eventually cut one off…
I know this is something @Underthestairs and @Pet_de_Chien would like. Really cool! Just watch for one to out perform the other!!
You can separate them out now, or you can let them grow together. I had two plants in one pot. They stunted eachother competing for nutrients but it was a worthwhile experiment for me anyway.
I love me some mutants…but what @Graysin said is the unfortunate truth, but who didn’t love Mythbusters?
Twins! I’d try to separate them soon as I noticed it was two if it was me but once they rooted together may not want to.
Or just grow them together
That is awesome though
I’ve never had the Gemini seed, but I have grown out 2 plants in one pot.
They were leftover starts and I can’t bring myself to kill them so i dropped them in a pot together and ended up force flowering them in summer in a 2x2 tent.
I hauled them in and out twice a day for weeks but ended up with a couple of fat Z’s of GDP!
I kept them trim and about 30" tall or so.
I’d love it if one popped up one day! I guess the more seeds I drop the better the chances are…
I’m going to try to put them in a hydro 5 gallon bucket and just let them grow i think. Just neat that that happened and I have so many plants going right now, I just want to see what these will do. Lol
I had a twinny, yes. She grew two stalks, one stayed thin and short up through the center of the other than thrived and she was one of the dwarf Blue Dream out back in summer. Not a lot of yield but was bag seed to begin with so it was still “free bud”
Wait for it to grow a good bit then cut off one twin n clone it to regain root structure
Yup I’d wait till they grow out a Lil and sacrifice the smaller of the 2
If I have space, I let the strange ones run. If I don’t have the space or time to see what it’ll do… not so much.
While early pull them super careful and see if it is seperate roots or connected by one of seperate seperate them or it will fight each other and be crap weed. I’ve had this and left it. To the outcome of all larf buds leafy larfy loose airy buds. Use water to help rinse the dirt off roots to see be super careful to no rip roots if u can. U’ll have way better outcome if u seperate them
Have u gotten with Gemini at all and got seeds from him. I have like 7 or 8 strains from him I believe some are reg autos I havnt dropped yet to see what they r about.
No lets see the outcome. Better growing thru twins
No cut
