One of my plants shows signs of dwarfing and now is shriveling up and dying. What do you guys think?

“I have one small issue. As you can see in the attached photos below, one of my plants shows signs of dwarfing and now is shriveling up and dying. What do you guys think? (All have been planted in same soil, same watering regimen and getting the same sunlight. I understand and every seed isn’t perfect). At this point it’s pretty much gone. See additional info below. Thank you so much for your help.”

  • Strain (type, bag seed): Northern Light Feminized (Ordered 5 seeds)
  • Soil in pots, hydroponic, or coco?: Basic organic seed starting soil
  • PH of runoff or solution in reservoir?: NA just using water from well. Recently had tested for drinking. No impurities found
  • What is strength of nutrient mix? EC, or TDS: No nutrient mix. Just organic seedling soil
  • Indoor or outdoor: Outdoor
  • Light system, size?: Sun
  • Temps day, night: Day: 85-89 Night: 75-80
  • Humidity day, night Day: 50-60% average Night: Same
  • Ventilation system (yes/no, size): NA just just breezes from natural weather (South Florida)
  • AC, humidifier, de-humidifier?: NA
  • Co2 (yes/no): NA

Looks like it could be dampening off.
I can’t really see in the pic when I blow it up,
Is your stalk look shriveled in the middle with a withered look? If so that’s it

I am with @Nug-bug the pots look really wet. How are you watering?

Looks moreblike it shriveled from the top down. After much research i found it may be too much water plus the weather outside was abcausin, which was also causing stretching in the healthier plants. Took the plants inside and have them under a full spectrum flourescent where the temp is about 77 all the time. The remaining four plant seems to be doing fine now. Letting the soil dry and have them on a timer for about 18hrs of light.
