My photos are finally flowering in northeast Ohio. The Granddaddy Purple, The Gold Leaf and the Bubba Kush just formed buttons. The two Amnesia Hazes are not there yet.
All 6 of my photos in different stages of flower in north central Ohio. 1 gold leaf, 3 Cali dreams and 2 Chronic Widows. Plus a clone with three in late.
This pic is gold leaf for sure farthest along.
Gelato auto flower, looks really frosty.
Skittles auto flower, also frosty.
Wedding cake auto flower.
Here are the rest of the photos.
All seeds are ILGM.
Can’t wait to catch up!
I saw a Ruby Throated Hummingbird checking out all the new buds on the Gold Leaf…was there awhile…I was so surprised that by the time I thought to take a picture he had left.
@Riskguy well done she is huge!!
I do have a question. How do you know when to start flush? Not really sure on exact flowering start dates. Just look at pistols?
This is gelato and xkittles autos… Started flush last week.
Wedding cake auto first pic and gold leaf photo in second. Trying to decide if I should stop nutes?
My feeling is that it is not as important as you would think. I do taper off heavy feeding …but more because it wastes nutrients that last week or so. When I am inside they get at least something all the way until the last few days.
My plan for outdoors is to start to flush when the trichomes are about mostly cloudy…and then chop within the next couple weeks.
My two cents
Harvesting 2 auto flowers today, first time ever. It is a skittles.
This one gold leaf photo will get harvested in about a week.
Hope everyone has a great harvest season!
Looking nice.
Great…I have 5 outside that will start coming down in about a week. I just started some inside last week. I love our new legal hobby
Looks great. I am fighting some bud rot on my bigger bushes (Northeast Ohio)
Welcome to outdoor eh!!!
I have been using my leaf blower to help dry it off some. and shaking it off between rain.
This is my first outdoor plant I have indoor experience oh.
My 3rd go outdoors first 2 where let’s say not the best.
And in Dec will be the start of my 3rd indoor so much easier indoors, but I like the outdoor they can get so damn huge, as I am finding this yr
I have been using the leaf blower once the rain stops and use a fan when not raining. The Granddaddy Purple had the most rot (about 6 buds) so I did a large defoliation and even have it covered. The others stick out of their support trellis on top so cannot cover them. I am going to start harvesting some early since the rot seems to be spreading and the rain is not stopping.
I did just start an indoor grow too…much easier to control. Next year I will grow smaller plants outside.
