I’ve been trying to figure out why some are stalling behind the others there pretty much the same age. 
what am I not doing ??
I have 4 that are younger and they’ve already passed them 
But they are still healthy and beautiful.

Just like kids each will grow up a little differently unless they are clones.
What strain are they?

Different strains have different flowering times & autos tend to always vary in flowering time, also even with the same strains all phenotypes tend to be slightly different.
Don’t stress, they’ll all be beautiful ripe nugs soon.
