Nutrient deficiency due to lockout or light stress

Since the top of the plant is what is affected by the deficiency, the bottom and middle is fine… dark green, will it still flower ok from these bud sites that have some yellowing in the leaves or do I need to remove all these tops.?

Tops look fine. It’s lighter growth because the nitrogen is at a reasonable level. The darker under canopy is where you had excess nitrogen. Cameras don’t always portray the correct color green, as well as a grow lighting being over bright.

I was referring the spotted damaged leaves on the bottom.

If I have plants with yellowish spotted brown leaves at the top bud sites, will those bud sites have to be removed, or will they still bud out

They don’t need to be removed, but could be. Leaves only, not the tops.
You’ve been adding epsom for the magnesium correct?

That is correct, and I applied a folier spray with Epsom once a week when I was having lockout issues

Recommend applying to the nutrient solution for better results. Foliar spraying doesn’t help as much in my opinion.
More beneficial at the root zone.

I’m using Jack’s 321 that has Epsom that goes into the soils… a quick question, since I’m having a recurring issue with low runoff ph on these plants, would there be a benefit to top dress with some pulverized dolomite lime worked into and watered into the soil?

Watering in lime may help, but it may take awhile to see the benefits.

When I use Jacks 321 I use 1.5g of epsom.

So it appears that my plants may be starting to recover as newer growth is not showing the same signs of mag and cal deficiencies. I topped them with pulverized dolomite lime a week ago, and my runoff ph seems to have stabilized somewhere between 6.2 and 6.45 depending on plant. I have been watering and feeding at a ph of about 6.65-6.7.

A couple of questions that I need help on:

.- I am looking to move these 10 week veg’d plants to flower, should I be ok to do that at this point, photo below.

  • I read where flower prefers a higher soil PH around 6.7, is this correct, and would you recommend watering/feeding at a higher PH like 7.0 to move my PH up to the 6.6-6.7 soil range?

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
