I cleaned them up a bit last night. Took more leaves then I had planned but it really opened them up for air flow. Even snipped a couple lower inner branches that would never reach the canopy. Not my usual style but I’m trying it. To my surprise the gdp branch is hanging on and trying to live!
I also decided to change my jacks ratio and see what happens. I started with 2-2-2-1.2mpk got around 725 ppm which is not enough in my opinion. Now I’m running 2.25A-2B-2.25C-1.2MPK per gallon. Which gives me about 850ppm. I’ll try that and see how the plants like it. I’m also using silica and cal mag.

It is my firm belief that when growing indoors, you should prune and remove leaves blocking light to the lower buds. Helps with airflow, humidity, and mold prevention… oh and fatter buds

I went back last night and took some more fan leaves that I had left the day before. All the plants seemed fine with the defoliation so I figured a little more wouldn’t hurt. The gdp with the broken top is not really recovering but not dead either. Questioning whether I should just cut it off or let it ride and see what happens. As for my nutrient mix the plants seem to like the new ratio I am giving them. I’m hoping to see some nice big dense buds from it. Happy Sunday folks!

The several breaks I’ve had were usually either dead the next day or eventually recovered. I’d let it ride bro. You’ll definitely know by tomorrow.

Well I’m trying to get all my things in order to be away for a couple days this week. The way they are drinking water I’m expecting the reservoirs to be almost empty when I get home. Also trying to roll up some joints and get some cookies and gummies together. It’s a bunch of work just getting my weed together haha.

I got home to these monsters! Ph stayed in check the whole time I was gone. The gdp and SLH took off to the races with blueberry and bubblegum right behind.
