Not A Happy Camper!

I’m not a happy camper, I see that most of you on here have positive feedback pertaining to this site, me myself have not had a good buying experience here and will more then likely not buy here again. First off I wired my money for my first purchase from my bank, never done this so it was worth it to pay my banker to do it, I didn’t want any mistakes, he got it done flawlessly, on the 21st of this month the same day I made my purchase. I then kept checking back to see if this site had received my payment, they could not find it and kept sending reminders to make my deposit, I did days ago ! finally yesterday I was contacted and told they received my money and that it would be a week or so before they could ship my seeds due to the high demand ! LOL I even paid the extra 25.00 bucks for registered shipping. I’m sorry and not trying to be a mean person about this experience but this was a cluster ***** if you know what I mean. I did tell them to sign up for Z e l l e which is a simple paying and receiving of money app that allows you to connect to your bank account from the app and send and receive money and not IN DAYS but minutes and this site is now going to offer that as a paying option I believe which may make it easier and much faster for everyone to get paid faster. So at least one good thing came from this botched up purchase. You all take care and farewell…

I got the same message on my last purchase. Said it would be a week or so. It was during the autoflowers sale 10+10.
They actually shipped one day later. Arrived about 5 days after that.
Sorry you had a bad experience your first time. Things happen. We did a wire transfer to an employee once and it got routed to the wrong recipient. The woman took it out of the bank and tried to keep it.
These guys routinely go beyond what anyone else would do to fix problems. But I understand how a first experience like that could sour your feelings.

I did receive an e-mail stating that they are now offering Z E L L E. TO DO transactions this should SPEED up the process. I will more then likely try and buy again here, everyone deserves a second chance.

Take a deep breath. And another deep breath.
These things don’t happen overnight. It’s not exactly Amazon. It’s a real niche hobby, you can cut them a teeny bit of slack. Did you get your stuff?

I sent a personal check through USPS for my last order. Worked well and I’ll continue to do that. Less than two weeks I had my seeds.
ILGM has come a long way over the last couple of years. My first order took 25 days to get to me.

Thanks for the feed back, yea I know it’s a tough business right now, it’s just when spending over 100 bucks and with a site you don’t know, well it’s shaky UNTILL you build a relationship of confidence with them… but if this goes well and get my order , I will most certainly buy again using a different method of payment.

First: welcome and thanks for joining, despite your difficulties.

I would also like to compliment you on persevering and not believing up front that you got in with a bunch of thieves and knuckleheads lol. ILGM has a good product line and generally does a good job of processing orders and supporting them if problems develop.

I for one look forward to seeing your grow journal here.

Sucks ur first experience was bad. Hoping you stick around thru it. Really not a bad place to be at all. And as stated a couple times. ILGM will usually go above n beyond to keep up customer satisfaction. Best of luck regardless

I believe the staff is trying to do Right by every one, so I’m going to hang in there, IM STILL working on my grow room trying to get it all set up , so when I’m ready to grow it will be ready to grow lol

I do understand how that would be frustrating. The first time I split an order with my brother and it took about a month to receive it. About two weeks in he called and they assured us everything would arrive and when it did it had an extra 5 pack in it. Not saying yours will but they were very friendly and the gesture of the 5 seeds, intentional or not I can’t say, is the reason I’m on the forum now.

SO EVERYTHING SEEMS GOOD SO FAR, HOPEFULLY, I WILL RECEIVE THEN THIS NEXT WEEK… AND I WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER, AND THE STAFF HERE HAVE ACTUALLY BEEN VERY GOOD ABOUT THIS And COMMEND THEM FOR THERE COMMUNICATIONS !!!

Good to hear. I had some issues they quickly replaced the seeds I have only used zellle to make payment

Hi There, how did Z E L L E work for you , did ILTGM receive their payment the same day or was there a delay on the acknowledgement of your payment? Just curious, I might try Z E L L E NEXT TIME IF it’s fast.

Glad this is seeming to work out much differently than your original post. For what its worth, the zell e tos not exactly the best in my opinion. I wouldn’t use it anyway. But more payment options is a good thing.

I too am new to IGLM and would like to say I believe they are defiantly worth another chance. The seeds are as advertised and the support folks on this forum are willing and eager to help anyone and answer questions. I know I’m thankful for such a resource.

YEA! SO NOW I know that this site is a GREAT PLACE TO BUY! I HOPE everyone will understand that in the beginning I was a little hesitant, but now, I HAVE NO DOUBTS THIS IS A WONDERFUL SITE TO PURCHASE OUR SEEDS AND GET ALL THE GROWING INFO ANYONE COULD EVER NEED,
