Nosey Neighbours how can i mask the smell of my plants

I have 5 plants in a garden with water melon and green,red, Orange bell peppers I have one mint tree growing up with them what can I do to mask the smell more or do I just add more mint plant

Lavender? Basil? Citronella?

I,m indoors and the fish thing didn’t work for me , but next to our garden grows chives . They give off a strong onion smell .
