Thanks - a bit of a waiting game at this point. She does confuse me though. After I moved her I watered them all with plain dehumidifier water. Once again her ppm was over my pen’s reading even though her input water’s ppm is under 500. Ran 2 more gallons through to get the ppm down to 2500.
Welcome aboard. I flipped on 6/1 so exactly 60 day. They stated throwing pistils 6 days after flip.
The waiting game sucks, it never gets better. You can basically ride it out now, you have passed the critical stages. The closer you are to full organics, the more you are going to get confused on run off numbers, one reason I don’t bother flushing… welcome @Wllbuckhunter1971, you will find this forum full of knowledge…![]()

There used to be an old Green Giant brand TV commercial with a tag line Picked at at the Peak of Freshness. Sounds soooo easy. I’ll check her trichomes one more time and am thinking she will be ready for the closet around Tuesday or Wednesday. HUMMM
Yeah I hope to learn alot
Looks like you did everything right with these lady’s. Let us know how many ozs you get off of them.
The forum is a great resource with a lot of very accomplished growers that are willing to share their expertise in all sorts of styles and mediums. if you want to reach out to someone in particular use @beardless for example.
I will know the weights for all of them in about a month. It will be another couple of weeks before they all get harvested. Then dry and another two weeks to cure before I pull weight. I know the frosty one won’t weigh as much as some the others. She is much smaller overall but sure looks tasty.
Sounds good I’m set to watching
I got to come up with a easier way to check run off. It’s a lot of work in 7 gallon grow bags working off the floor
I hear you. The smartest thing I did this time is place the plants on elevated racks and went to a hard saucer. Use a 20ml syringe to draw runoff from the saucer to take readings. Then, use syringe to remove enough runoff to be able to remove saucer and dump. The saucers slide front to back. If I used a larger syringe it would even be faster & easier.
I should get something like this - 200ml

36"x14" wire shelf. I replaced the clear saucers with Hydrofarm saucers. Deeper and sturdier to be able to lift out.
I like the rack. I got me a turkey baster it helps but still got to work off floor. But labor of love I guess lol.
I don’t know how well you can see the stem on this one leaf but it kind of looks red or purple
The ppm on that plant was 975 last night it’s a Blue Dream about 2 or three week into flower. The rest of the other 2 BD were ok 1900 /2100
And stems look ok. I’m thinking some kind of deficiency but I don’t know. I think Pom’s should be around 1900 / 2000 just started to give all of them some cal mag ,silica and big bloom maybe twice since they went into flower.
You know I’m in coco coir compost and worm castings and perlite.
What do you think? I was thinking just bring up ppms gradually ??
Thanks
Here is the rest of the girls
Do you see anything wrong the ones with buds are the CP maybe 3 weeks into flower.
Are the scrawny??
I don’t know how to avoid it. I have seen some DIY runoff collection systems that are impractical for me given I have at most 4 plants in the flower tent.
The one blue dream may just be a heavier feeder. What I call frosty #5 was kinda on the other end. Her PPM were consistently higher than the other 3.
Did Number 5 had the best Trichome production??
I also have one on the high side2200 2300 that’s the one in Ff ocean.
Yes and is maturing the fastest
You could also save yourself some cash and just go to dollar store and buy large aluminum fo9d serving trays for 1.50 each and plant stands for 2$ each. When watering stick a small shot glass underneath to catch runoff. Or use syrnge or baster. And the fastest and easiest way to clean up run off is a shop vac. This can help speed things along…
@Bill66 That sounds like an easier way to do it. You have any pics of ur set up. Thanks
Got to find a good photo that stays short and a nice potent yield Sativa so I can get mine off the floor. I seen videos of shop vacs being used. Thanks
Dedicated grow room, 10" ceilings, individual plants on large dollies with runoff collection trays. Dream on. Or, go hydroponic.
