Hi All,
I just noticed a few areas of concern on my plant this morning. First, a number of leaf tips are pointing down (nitrogen toxicity?). Second, some of the larger fan leaves on the lower part of the plant started showing light green spotting. Third, some of the tips on the new growth appear to be yellow - which is a first for this plant. Any help on diagnosing the issue(s) would be great.
I’m still in veg and growth seems to have slowed signifigantly. I watered with 1.5 gallons of water this morning (double what I ususally water with) to try and flush out some nutes in the root zone which I think is causing the ‘claw’.
Support ticket details and pics to follow…Thank you.

Looks like it might be downy mildew. Look at the bottom of the leaf and see if there is any ‘powdery’ looking stuff where the spots are. If so, get rid of those leaves now, reduce your humidity and make sure your soil isn’t too wet. And bag up the leaves, and get them away from your plant. That stuff thrives in wet conditions. Also, the slight droop in your leaves could be from over-watering. So, the two symptoms would go together. All that said, the plant doesn’t look too bad overall. I don’t really see nitrogen toxicity.
I just checked the discolored leaves and didn’t see anything powdery on the undersides. Regardless, Going to remove the leaves and work on lowering the humidity. Thank you.
Clear out some of those lower fan leaves and nodes that aren’t receiving light (photo periods only). The rule of thumb, clear out the lower 1/3 of each branch to allow better airflow and more nutes heading towards the upper canopy.
Your leaf problem looks as though the upper canopy is stealing phosphorus from the lower leaves to add to upper canopy’s growth. Happy Cultivating!!!
Looking good in there, I wouldn’t worry about the appearance of that leaf, probably some variegation and the new growth will be lighter more of a pale green. Doing great
