Nitrogen deficiency right?

So I have recently flipped plants to flower. Actually it was Nov 29th i think? Havent seen much of anything really. Had a problem recently with my light and it was coming on early. Just fixed that two days ago.
But now I’m seeing yellowing on bottom leaves just working their way up. So I’m thinking nitrogen for sure. I’m using fox farm trio in ocean forest soil, how can I correct this sooner than later? Just increase the amount of grow big?
I’m using tap water in the city. Using gen hydro ph kit and ph down. I try and get it to 6.5. It’s like a tennis ball color.
I’m sure this has been asked so much, and I hate to be one. But I just want to make sure I’m not missing something

These are the leaves I pulled off.

You can add a little nitrogen to your feedings but that’s mostly just natural die off , your plants are purposefully pulling the nutes out at least that’s what I think heres 2 autos close to finishing for reference they lost close to half their leaves

Based on your description, agreed, sounds like nitrogen deficiency. You flipped on the 29th of nov. That means you should be about done stretching and hitting full on flowering shortly. All this to say that your plant is finished it’s highest nitrogen demand period. It’s demand for nitrogen will be less now. Don’t go crazy adding a bunch more. P and K more important now, you still need some N though.
