I have the same ones in my 2x2. ACI even has in their booklet to only run them at lvl 5 @ 12" in my 2x2 so that is what I run them at. I have ran them all of flower upping the intensity each week til lvl 5, also running them full 12/12. If they were uvb I definitely wouldn’t be running the whole time.
