It’s looking healthy. Maybe a little slow for 8 days, but it looks fine. Here’s a 9 day old one. Yours should catch on soon.
@Ozzie looks like a healthy Cannabis garden.
It is a Slightly Stoopid concert poster from their Tour Finale at Petco Park! I think it’s a pigeon, holding a guitar, catching a baseball and lit off his tits.
Funny tidbit: I quit drinking 6 months prior to this concert (2022) and was so used to being hydrated by beer. So I forget to drink water now. Long story short, I was smoking a hash filled spliff in the middle of the crowd, in the sun, watching Fortunate Youth preform. I took another hit and completely blacked out and took a bite of concrete for brunch. I made Fortunate Youth stop playing and ask if I was okay. So I guess you could say I personally met Dan Kelly haha.
That’s sick man I love it cool picture I want one
I did a cup transfer two days after it sprouted… maybe that’s why? I haven’t seen major leaf growth in a few days. I took those pictures yesterday, looks about the same today. Maybe i’m just trippin.
Yours is lightyears ahead man
I think I can bring the guy up to speed. I think what i’m most worried about is tainting the end result.
This one flowerd early and almost finished.
This one just started flowering 3 weeks ago both planted same time first one only grew to about 5ft I had to train this one she’s about 13ft.
This is my first grow and the one thing I’d say is to stay in top of the plants.
So far I’ve had insect issues, but have about 10 baby preying mantids watching over that part now. I’ve had a couple root bound auto-flowers in 5-gallon pots, which I didn’t even know was a thing. The plants acted like I overwatered them. And one of my plants is showing early signs of calcium deficiency right now. I was bit by a dog on my right hand a week and a half ago so it’s hard to do anything as simple as mixing the Nutes and moving plants around.
Worm castings are your friend. If you decide to go with additives in the future for larger buds, I’d suggest FOOP for organic. That’s a great fertilizer, based on fish excrement.
Now I’m just going to sit back and watch your progress as the experts help you more. I’d start a grow journal if I were you.
I am a gazer. Cloudline Controllers allow me to leave the grow and not worry to much.
PNW weather, cold and humid, so my plants drink less. Seedlings can easily go 5 days with no water, this time of year and below 70 degrees f.
Welcome to the neighborhood. Your babies look great
need to decipher for me. University of Illinois - Springfield?
By additives do you mean any form of nutrients even if from organic sources providing NPK and necessary micronutrients, microbes etc?
No, Universal Interconnect System, or some similar version.
Not U of I, at Champagne Urbana
I am currently growing mine at 75-78 degrees, 40-50% RH just like yourself. I see everything online says these seedlings require 60-70% RH… is that true?? That seems high as hell
UPDATE… Blueberry Kush Fem 12 days old (left)
The little guy on the right is catching up!
The one on the left went through a little shock due to a transplant a couple days after breaking soil.
The one on the right has had a smooth ride since germinating. The have lost a little bit of deep forrest green, but not to bad.
Welcome to the forum, Ozxie, girls looking good
At least I know what Univ Ill is. Universal Interconnect from my point of reference is something Lincoln Logs. Possibly updated to Legos. But I get it now,
I run my seedlings like the tents, nothing special.
Clones need high humidity, for sure.
