How often should I top? Also, when should I apply the low test stress on plants? Is supplement like big bloom, a good supplement to use for better yields?

Actually now is the time, if you have a spare pot just transplant it into that with addition mix.

Welcome to the community , Photo plant I like to top one time at 8 or 9 nodes. Healthy looking plant. Keep up the good work . (Big Bloom more for flowering)

Depending on the size of the root mass (pot size) there will be a limit to how many times you can top. IME if you top too many times you don’t affect yield but all of the flower will be smaller.
I generally top once at about the size you’re at now. Then I do a round or two of supercropping and HST with my photos. If growing autos you really can’t do anywhere near as much.

I only top once…around week 3. Then i start LST at about 5 weeks. At week 7 the trellis net goes in and i do my pre-flower pruning. Seems to work well for me.
