SCROG is my preferred method of growing; especially if vertical height is challenged indoors.
Generally I recommend you keep plant in veg until 80% of screen is filled before flipping. One plant per screen. As you flipped yesterday you can easily resume veg schedule until screen is populated.
You want to be careful about topping at time of flower as you will lose bud sites doing so. There will be some serious defoliation after you have transitioned fully to flower.
