Yeahh you’re probably right brother, I’ll give them a few days to properly dry tf out then will start a light feed again, only reason I thought nitrogen was because it was only the new growth that was clawing where the budsites are developing, and not all the fan leaves. But we’ll see, she doesn’t look like she’s dying (yet) so time will tell, I’m pretty certain it’s changing from plastic to fabric pots has somewhere along the line somehow messed up my mojo either that or the size of the pot compared to last one. Oh well? As for the cherry cola that was horn weird, I’ll leave her a week, see if she grows or dies, in the mean time I did this just in case
in the water for a couple days then in that little bad boy
Seem to be perking up a little bit, it’s just the odd place looks really sad to me and stressing my ass tf out
I don’t see anything to stress about. Might be a tad over watered. Make sure they are dry before you water again.
@Newt thanks brother I will do!
The girls this morning, day 39 for the big cherries, still not happy with the way they’re looking for the most part but they’re definitely still growing and producing, and SMELLING they’re getting ready for lights off too
Baby banana purple punch doing fantastic so far
And the dodgy baby cherry cola
I’m glad that you didn’t cull the dodgy baby, she’s growing and giving the middle finger to the other cotyledon leaf that wasn’t! Will be curious to see how/what she does.
@Twelve1 hahaha she does look a little better now don’t she! Will see how she looks after lights come back on in a hour also, well, I’ll show you a before and after of one of my bigger cherry colas, which was also born with one cotyledon and started out very weak and thin branches etc,
Before
And this morning
Odd! I guess it’s a genetic thing with that Fast Buds strain, at least with the seeds you received?
@Twelve1 yeah possibly! I know it’s a pretty new strain so might be not as stabilised as some their other strains, their forbidden runtz is unbelievable, she was a beast and put up with so much bs from me
Yeah, I guess it is one of their newer strains. Very cool about your Forbidden Runtz! I’m currently growing one of their Mexican Airlines, she’s been trouble free, my first Fast Buds plant. She’s short, but her buds are really nice, topping helped so much with that. She’s 62 days from sprouting, day 35 in flower, yet already her pistils are about 80% orange and nearly time for me to keep watch on her trichomes. She’s grown so fast, truly fast buds, lol!
@Twelve1 ive heard loads great feedback from their Mexican airlines! And their purple lemonade which I may do one of next run alongside the photoperiods, in all honesty from everything I’ve been seeing and hearing and reading etc they have the best auto genetics out there atm. Some of the strongest too
I’ve been impressed. Unfortunately, they don’t have my next two wishlist seeds, and so I just bought one of my wishlist seeds from a different breeder that was having a sale. That being said, I wouldn’t be surprised if someday soon I try either Fastbud’s Blackberry Kush or Fastberry … I eyed those, a lot, lol. That, and maybe their Lemon AK, or …
Oh, I actually scored a Fast Buds freebie this past spring, an Orange Sherbet. It wouldn’t be first on my list since I think it might make me too spacey and giggly, but I very much like how they say it’s very hardy and productive, holds up well in hot weather, and smells a lot like oranges.
Yessss the orange sherbert and the mimosa cake I’ve actually tried and they really do taste and smell like a bowl of orange peel, mimosa coke is very strong too
Here we are this evening, still looking a tad sad, I’m thinking it could have been improper watering? Maybe not watering enough and then over compensating by watering too much, first few weeeks I didn’t water til run off at all, then I started watering to run off, so possibly some of the soil further down was still too moist, I’m not used to these sized pots and them being fabric too, any pointers anyone that uses them?
@dbrn32 @Newt @Graysin @OhioIndoorGrower @PurpNGold74 @Twelve1
I don’t recall if you started to water when the pot feels light or dry on the first inch of soil/first finger knuckle? Doing so generally resolves overwatering or underwatering, as well as using the fabric pots.
I only used non-woven fabric pots for one grow. I watered only when they felt light. Since I switched to Rain Science bags, I find it nearly impossible to over water.
Hmmm what are these??
Newt can explain more since he uses them, but they are mesh fabric grow bags. They are more expensive than fabric, but they are washable and re-useable.
I just emailed them see if ship uk thanks bro
