Definitely excess nitrogen.
I just overwatered the plant and added some bloom nutrients and its coming out of it which doesn’t make sense cause the bloom has more nitrogen

@Covertgrower is right that you have a big N excess. How about filling this out so we have a clue what you are doing. Please add what method you are using for monitoring PH and TDS.
Its amnesia auto from one love genitics runoff is 6.6 in 73 degree room with a mars hydro ts1000 light just using fox farms ocean forrest no nutrients till flower then ff big bloom on 1/4 strength
Sounds like it may just picky about nitrogen content. I have the same soil, and I feed from day 4. Well, past seedling stage anyway.
