New leaf issues

Excellent autoflower grow up to week 8 and then the top leaves are starting to brown and wilt. The 220W light is still about 18” away so light burn doesn’t make any sense.

Using fox farm products

Any help is appreciated

Are you having issues with all of your plant plants @bunglesfan

Soil and nutrients? What’s your vessel size, feeding routine and frequency and run off PH and PPMs from the last feeding? Looks like a phosphorus deficiency but could be PH related. Calcium could be deficient as well….these 2 have a symbiotic relationship and often accompany each other :love_you_gesture:

Sorry let me provide a bit more information.

Growing 2 plants (GDP auto) in an Infinity 2x4 grow tent using fox farm ocean forest + perlite soil. PH monitored and controlled at slightly above 6. System controlled kPa around 1. 220w grow light. Use the traditional fertilizer trio (big bloom, grow big, and tiger bloom) as directed. I have been flushing after ever feeding. Also, I started adding cal mag. I was hoping for more improvement from this.

Plants were perfect until Hurricane Helene knocked out the power for 2 days. Since then, leaves have been turning brown and curl at the top. Getting progressively worse.

I will keep updating.

What do you mean by flushing after every feeding. How long do you wait before flushing. @bunglesfan im like @OGIncognito saying it does look like phosphorus deficiency and they look hungry

Is the run off what you’re calling a flush?? Do you have a PH and TDS pen for measuring your input PH and PPMs as well as the run off of these 2? The FF Trio is salt heavy and without liberal run off these salts will accumulate in the root zone tanking the PH and driving up the PPMs. Soil PH range is 6.3-6.8 with 6.5 being optimum :love_you_gesture:

Thats most likely the culprit.

I’ve been told
FF ocean forest is a hot soil for indoor autos and FF trio should only be used at half the recommended feeding amount.
