New Journal Organic Coco vs Jacks 321 Nutrients

Same here well this year I don’t know why we took a break from composting as we make really good dirt.
I don’t use the city compost anymore accept for my flower beds (the kind I don’t smoke). My mom is just now learning not to till the soil that we only need to top dress the dirt and add more compost. So we don’t break up the root zones and ruin the microbiology

Week 4 in the books the Jack’s is doing really well with this LSD strain. I will be doing my final top dress of my nutrients. With a compost tea
This one is finally breaking down the calcium the leaves are back to Green.

This had calcium def as you see fixed that with some Oyster shell
This one is a runt and hasn’t really popped pistils.

This is also a small plant

I am going to rearrange the plants put the tall plants on one side and the smaller plants on the other side and lower the light closer to there canopy.

Looking at pistils may be a little early to flush, you think?

You may be right db these may be 9 week strains. I will go by there trichomes. I have never grown these before so I was just thinking of the standard 8 week time line

your LSD looks great . I’m about to order Jack’s 321 myself > question - do you feed at every watering or some other schedule ?

I fed with every watering. I tried to mimic what greengene did during all his grows. I grew in coco for the first time. If i would of used soil i might of did a weekly feed schedule. Seems when you use a soil it has natural nutrition in the soil so you do not need to feed as often. Where coco is a blank canvas you have to provide all the nutrition. these are just my opinions and they maybe wrong. I also used orca from time to time to provide some microbes in the coco.

current price for a Kilo of Jacks A&B is now 24.00 each…

I bought 25 pound bag of the calcium nitrate for that, and the 5-12-26 was something like $37. Both shipped to my door just under $100.

did you order direct from jacksnutrients ? they are showing me $60.00 per bag…

No, Martin’s Produce Supplies in PA. If you order, select the call with shipping quote option when you check out. It will be cheaper than what site auto populates.

I will be pulling the middle and the front this weekend and let the back 4 go for another week

I also have to order solvent to make my concentrates

I think I finally learned how to lollipop correctly (only took 2 years and 6 sessions) of trail and error mostly error in not taking enough off the plant.

Your ladies are looking great.
Trying out Jack’s myself. I’m in mixture of FF OF and FF Coco Loco, so I didn’t need to add nutrients until plants were in flower. So far I’m loving Jack’s. Simple to mix and use. I was using FF dry nutes in flower and on my last 2 grows I at some point had some kind of issues. Hopefully I’ll be able to make it to harvest without having the same problems as I had with FF nutes.
