New grower here, need some direction on my seedlings

Hey guys new grower here, I planted some seeds i was gifted and not really sure what strain any of these are, just know that they are from fairly decent bud. I germated the seeds for 4 days then planted them in temporary pots. About day 7 they starting stretching up, i had some stretchy seedlings due to the lack of light. Im not sure on most anything when it comes to nutes and lights for plants. I need my fellow growers to show me the way and ill stay posted. This is my setup

4x4x8 vivosun grow tent
2 indoor plant grow lights (idk the intenisty)
Potted in miracle grow
Gets a nice even coat of spray water (faucet) every 3 days
Eskimo box fan for air circulation

Open to critism and suggestions. Help me grow beautiful buds the right way. As of today im 15 days in including germination. Heres what i got so far.

Welcome aboard! The first and arguably most important thing will be to upgrade your lighting setup. The light you choose will be determined by how you grow and how much your growing but I would suggest starting there. I use Grow Light Science lights, there are many other brands and options. Your seedlings will get very tall and leggy and will have very poor yield later without this upgrade.

Welcome to the forum! As @HeyJB said you dont have sufficient lighting and thats why your seedlings are so leggy. You’ll need to get a better light 1st things 1st. My very 1st light was a viparspectra tc1350 and it was a decent blurple. Later upgraded to a marshydro and they are actually coming along greatly now (as a brand and have a lot more to offer). If your upgrading lights id say @dbrn32 can help point you in a budget setup. Next thing is address is the fact that they are planted in miracle gro. Not sure what you can do moving forward except hope for the best and pot up with better more cannabis friendly soil fox farm has good soil happy frog and ocean forest that would be a good start. When you transplant try to get a fabric pot instead of the plastic as it lets your roots breathe more and have a way to elevate your pot out of the water as sitting in runoff is not good. Other than that try to keep temps 70-80 and your humidity looks fine. Do you have any sort of nutrients for the ladies if you wanna go organic or not? I recently switched to jacks 321 its so simple and doesnt take long to make with just 3 ingredients. Also do you have any sort of tools for measuring ppm or ph? A good ph and ppm meter will be needed and you might eventually eant to look into a ac infinity t4 or cheaper vivosun inline fan to allow air exchange in your tent

Good info above! Lots of options to light a 4x4, all depends on your goals and budget. Horticulture lighting group is very popular led fixture manufacturer, they have refurbished fixtures that will flower 4x4 starting at around $600.

Good info from those above as @dbrn32 said it’s probably 600 and up to cover a 4x4 I use mostly HLG but I have a friend who uses a spider farmer 5000 with great results there’s also a company call green beams that makes quality lights at a good price @JaneQP uses them
