Thanks brother man, I’m convinced it’s the lights and the UV bar haha.

95% of browned pistils got it. I just ordered another small tent to dry in bc some of them don’t look close to being ready. In 2 days I’ll hit the 8th week of flower exactly.

Thanks brother, that’s what I thought. I knew I was close: but extra confirmation helps a lot.
I’m seeing maybe 1amber trichome per every like 40 cloudy ones. If that ratio helps anyone at all.

Thanks as always @Arrow

I’m not sure what I’m looking for exactly :sob:, preferably somewhere in the middle of up and awake and then the couch lock lol.
So I’ve read that to achieve that, I was all cloudy and some slightly amber?

I think I’m going to have harvest in parts, because the middle of some the plants have a weird light green color to them. Like maybe light wasn’t penetrating as much as I’d hoped in those areas. And the pistils look super white in those areas still.
I stopped feeding nutrients maybe 2-3 weeks back, bc the numbers were super high. They’re coming back down in the 800-1300 ppms now. With a 6.1-6.5 ph rating.
I was only feeding calmg and Ph up and also bud candy. Should I stop all that completely ? Maybe just water plain? Or allow them to eat itself up now.

I’ll try and get a better pic of trichomes later tonight. It’s hard with Loupe and microscope.
Majority of them are cloudy. Ratio of about 40 cloudy to 1-2 ambers

Haha thanks brother! They are looking pretty frosty haha. Huge dense nugs too.

A USB microscope off amazon is a great investment. 15$ and it takes the pictures

Depending on your phone you can get pretty decent trichome photos that at least can be zoomed a bit with some focus.

Maybe not the best example, but…
I was initially trying to get too close to my subject and every time the image would be slightly out of focus? Then I took one further away and realized the image was better to zoom after the fact. Of course the Mega pixels of your device matters too I suppose. Ive tried the loupe camera thing and thats painful. I wanna get a good usb scope but havent come to a decision on the quality I wanna pay for yet.

Yeah I am considering that… what model did you get?

They all the same man just different re sellers lol. Grab the top rated one with the best price. Then download endoscope app on your phone (regardless of what app the manufacturer says) and boom you plug it in to your phone or laptop and it pops right up.
Oh but if you have an apple phone you might have to dig deeper or get a clip on macro lense. Stupid apples

Ok thanks! No I use a Samsung Galaxy
I like some things about the apple though… way better phone messaging! This Samsung sucks and I get lots of calls

This is the best Ive gotten just with my phone

But it doesnt zoom that good
I mean its good enough to get an idea of trichome state though?

To be honest I don’t think it is, you can see em but not close enough, a clip on micro lense or a USB microscope is a great investment.
Heck I used it to remove a bad sliver once haha

You cant tell that those are mostly cloudy and some clear with no amber?
