First understand I seriously do not have any money to really spare on all this grow stuff like others do. So I do with what I can. My first grow was stunted because I did correctly understand the lighting and all the terms for it and my plant suffered by small bud growth but the quality was good … can’t amadgin how good it would have been if it was done right. I have started a new one germinated good grew good till about 3 week now I see very lil growth and the leaves are clawing and switching to a darker green. It is in a 5g bucket I have 2 65w full spectrum lights and added 2 15w fishtank tube lights blue. I am using old soil cause I don’t have any other it’s all inside cause I live where it

snows and is cold . Temps 69-73 humidity 59-63% have a fan closet is 3x4x7.5 tall. This has to work I have nothing else HELP!!
Sorry to hear you are having problems. Clawing and dark green leaves are usually signs of nitrogen toxicity. Of course difficult to say for sure without having ph and ppm data, and not seeing what plants look like. But with information you’ve given I’d say its probably the issue. Please refrain from dropping f bombs too.
Fill this out and post some photos. You will get help.

Thanks … sorry for the f bomb was just frustrated… won’t happen again.
I don’t think you read my post well … I have no $$ to spend on venting no idea how to even check levels of any kind I’m a new grower trying to follow the growers guide the best I can. I water when the pot is lighter than when wet. The temp is listed in my first post along with humidity and at night they do not change much for the type I found the only seed in a bud I had got from very good smoke don’t know what it is have a fan and dehumidifier but don’t need that yet says the grow guide I’ll try to post a pic but it is a baby only 3 4 inches high. Someday I well have all that I need for a perfect grow. Ty for your time pic well come
Without having certain info and photos, we can only guess. Like dbrn said, it looks like Nitrogen toxicity.
It doesn’t matter if it’s 2 inches tall or 50 feet tall. The leaves will tell the story for a diagnosis. This is why a picture and a support ticket needs to be fill out for the Pro’s as they have seen it all.
It almost looks like it’s being over watered for part of the problem.
I usually don’t water unless the pot is a lot lighter and I finger check it… I worry a lot about it probably why
I am with @MrPeat it looks over watered. Stop watering it for a few days tell it wilts slightly. Your plant will tell you when it is thirsty.
Look hungry to me as in needs nitrogen.
Cheap feed is piss in a cup and dilute 10:1 and water with that.
Make sure it’s fresh piss when you mix to water her.
Your gonna need some nutrients to feed her and there are many available around the house.
Egg shells - calcium
Banana peels - potassium and other nutrients
Piss - see above
You could go get a 6-6-6 type natural fertilizer cheap at store that will take her a long way in the grow and just top dress the dry nutrients into top inch or so and water.
Using old soil will require you to supplement her with nutrients and many can be sourced from your eating stuff.
Google natural amendments for cannabis etc
Needs more light asap.

The plant looks hungry. Are you giving nutrients? Second thing is are you checking for pH when you water? pH out of range can cause nutrient lockout even if you are feeding it.
It was getting a bunch of rain water outside so when I transplanted it I gave it a watering and it might have been too much, the ph is at 5.8 and no nutrients yet but I do have Fox Farm on stand by
@MopiMike what’s your soil mix?
