This is nyc sour diesel and I can’t figure out the deficiencies. It’s fox farm soil in a fabric pot and the soil ph is reading 7.0
Soil ph range is 6.3-6.8 with 6.5 being sweet spot for soil growers. If your not in that range or on one end or other the ph will cause some lock out so plant won’t uptake the nutes your giving.
@Kratos
@ Midwestnewbie was spot on. That’s where you want your ph to be. You say your soil ph is at 7.0? That’s right on the edge of a nitrogen lock out, which is why you’re seeing the nitrogen deficiency starting to appear. Bring your ph back within the suggested range, and as long as you’re feeding them, they’ll improve. The leaves that are showing the deficiency won’t change in appearance, but watch for new growth.
First I would like to Welcome you tomILGM and to our community.Please feel at home here … ok
Ok your problem is two things, and @Midwestnewbie was correct for the P H.
But your other problem Is NTRIENT BURN …Look at the very tips of the leaves, see hoe the very tip is turning yellow. That’s Nutrient burn. And you caught it just in time to I mite add.
Just give her water only for the next week or so and get that P H around 6.5 6.7 and you should be good to go.
Also when you start back to adding nutrients go half and add more each time so that your not over feeding. If I were you I would stay at 3/4 of what you have been feeding her…
B safe

Thank you I appreciate the fees back and will do just that. Also I just somehow got spider mites on just that plant. Do you have a preferred remedy to get rid of the little buggers?
Thanks I’ll work on bringing the ph down .5
You know I do my friend.
Get some alcohol any where around 70 to 90% get a spray bottle and mix it 50/50 And don’t worry it will not harm your plants but will kill them little bastards on contact and the eggs,
There shell or skin is so soft it just kills them on contact and dry’s clean quick
@garrigan62 thank you so much man I wish I found out about you guys sooner
Well better late than never … lol My friend
@Kratos this site is great and the people are better! Good luck on your grow. Welcome.
Drinking alcohol or a different kind like rubbing alcohol?
Not what you drink. You can pick this up at a dollar store or phary.
Ya rubbing alcohol
@garrigan62.
I have been using that for 3 days, once a day spraying. Still have some alive and I was wondering if they are surviving or are more eggs hatching? Do I have to worry about them becoming immune to this like they do with other tactics (if I read that correctly in grow bible). Sorry to bother you but I’m ready to buy lady bugs
Here’s my edit : just wondering would I be able to use this in flowering state? I don’t need to thankfully but for future reference. Or would that be bad as I am introducing the tricomes to something that would destroy them
It is possible that your missing a few here and there. They are a very small critter. They like to hide under the leaves. And it does take a while to get them but hang in there you’ll get them. It took me a while also
