Need help with ppms

So I am in week 4 with my plants and the ppm in the water with the nutrients is 368, am pretty sure I need it to be a little higher than that. I was wondering how do I get the ppm to the correct range?

Any help would be appreciated.

But wouldn’t adding more nutrients than the plants can handle be bad?

Depending on your grow that ppm can be high, or low.

What is the ppm of your water before adding nutes?

What is the ppm of your water before adding nutes?
I am using RO water, so basically 0.

• What strain, Seed bank, or bag seed
I have 2 different strains growing, Northern Lights and Big Angel. Both are from seedsman.

• Method: Soil w/salt, Organic soil, Hydroponics, Aquaponics, KNF
I use mother Earth Coco coir + perlite.

• Vessels: Pots, Grow beds, Buckets, Troths
5 gallon fabric pots

• PH of Water, Solution, runoff (if Applicable)
The pH of the runoff was in the 5.8-6.1 area for all plants.

• PPM/TDS or EC of nutrient solution if applicable
Ppm of water with nutrients is 368 for all as well.

• Indoor or Outdoor
Indoor

• Light system
150 watt LED grow light.

• Temps; Day, Night
Day- 28°c Night- 25°c

• Humidity; Day, Night
I keep humidity in the 55-65% range.

• Ventilation system; Yes, No, Size
No.

• AC, Humidifier, De-humidifier,
A humidifier and a de- humidifier

• Co2; Yes, No
No.
