I don’t know what is going on but she needs serious help STAT. You should probably transfer to a bigger pot as that looks awe-fully small for such a big plant.
What kind of soil is that. It does not appear to have good drainage which is crucial.
Edit: I see where you listed the soil type but I am still concerned regarding drainage of the soil.
Doesn’t look over watered at the moment but difficult to tell for certain. That sort of pot usually have a single hole in the bottom. Water should never collect in the soil when growing cannabis.
The first best step would be to transplant to a cannabis friendly soil (or add perlite to what you have) and into a (larger) pot with good drainage (fabric pots are cheap and excellent - got mine at home depot).

Found it, thanks @warjunkey @garrigan62 and @zparkie2 use supersoil, I believe.
I don’t know anything about that product. Just looking at the label I would say that this is a good starting point for building a nice soil for growing. It looks like it needs perlite and maybe some other structure building components.
I don’t build my own soil so can’t be much help on how to proceed.
All of that said, I could be off in left field. I use Fox Farms Ocean Forest and augment with 25% each of perlite and pure worm castings.
@Mrcrabs is the soil king as far as I’m concerned lol maybe he can spit some knowledge.
I just looked this product up and what I read was that a 4 lb bag can be used to make 20 lbs of potting soil with the amendments of your choice depending upon what you are doing with it.
In other words, this product would make up about 20% of a complete soil mix.

If you used only this bag that’s the cause. All of that damage is from nutrient burn. I would let one of these hardcore soil guys to lay some knowledge on you before you do anything drastic
I would make my own base soil recipe to mix with that soil you’ve got there, here’s a recipe I use:
1part coco coir
1 part peat moss
1 part perlite
1 part compost
1 part good garden soil (regional soil if good ph)
1 part biochar (charged)
1part azomite
1part vermiculite
Optional
A handful each of:
Garden lime
Soybean meal
Rock phosphate
Kelp meal
Garden gypsum
This mix I would use on a well established plant not a small seedlings, hopes this helps, good luck my friend
