    My 2 Autos broke through the soil 2 weeks ago but both of them have not grown and both have yellowing leaves, one has some spots on it. When I put them in their pots I watered until run off, also they are both in plastic pots and my 2 photos are in cloth pots. Should I repot or are they even salvageable.

Wait for the Pros but I’ma lean on this being a problem.
Don’t look like I’d spend anymore time with them.
Trash and move forward :green_heart::metal:t2:

Thank you, I felt it in my heart that’s what I was gonna hear. Haha.

A parent just knows :green_heart::metal:t2:
If it was a photo it would probably be saveable. Set ya back a little but doable.
Autos not so much :upside_down_face:

Welcome to the neighborhood. Don’t beat yourself up. Over watering seedlings is a common problem. It happens to the best of us. Happy growing :blush::v:

Are you used to growing organically? I know you’re not feeding yet nevertheless, are you familiar with organic fertilizers and amending the organic soils?

No I’m not, but eager to learn.

I don’t know how many plants I’ve grown the last few years, but I can tell you, I still overwater sometimes. I don’t think yours are totally dead, but with them being autos, and needing plenty of recovery time, a fresh start probably wouldn’t hurt.

When you plant them, just enough to get the area surrounding the seed wet. No runoff for a couple weeks at least, or until roots have had time to really start establishing a good network.

I agree with :point_up: @Borderryan22
Autoflowers going through a trauma at early seedling pop is almost guaranteed to be a disaster in recovery.

I would recommend starting over as well.

I also recommend before starting again do your homework and research on organic growing. It’s better to jump in knowledgeable and have a understanding of what is involved. (Just saying)

There’s several really good organic growers on this forum.

I really want to get on that train. I have a fairly large compost pile in my backyard with plant skeletons and all the dead veggies the birds or bugs got to before me. Been throwing runoff over it, but am going to cover it when it gets cold and start turning it for next year. Last soil I used was great, but my ground is full of giant chunks of concrete so I don’t have much of a place to really dig.

I’m sure organic is definitely the way to go. If I did, it would have to be indoor because I can’t grow outdoors. Are laws strictly prohibit outdoor growing. :open_mouth:

But it’s definitely something I wouldn’t try unless I did some research and got general knowledge of it. Jumping in with both feet and no experience seems like a recipe for severe disaster! :v:
