Hello all,
I have a GDP auto and a Banana Kush auto with some off color on the leaves. Nothing I’ve found so far is close enough for a novice such as myself to identify what this may be. I think the bananas I have are X-Men. One is a tri and the other was looking like a duck leaf but could be an odd set of first true. The “duck” is pictured.
Indoor grow day 24 after germ
Nature’s Living soil auto concentrate in super soil configuration with Happy frog 5g fabric pots
PH 6.5 tap
No nutes
RH 50-60
Small co2 bag hung above canopy
Anything else you think may be needed to I’d the issue let me know.
Below are images from one each. Only one of each is showing these discoloration.
Hi @Movious welcome to the neighborhood. I think it looks like some genetic markings and nothing to worry about. What I can see looks like it has good color saying it is happy n healthy
Not sure if I’d worry about it yet or not. Looks like it’s tat one leaf?? Watch new growth and tag me if it keeps going. What I do see is the serrated edges courting up… normally that is a sign of wind burn. Do you have fans pointed at the plants?
Thanks everyone,
I will monitor it. I hope it’s the leaf variation. I appreciate the look everyone.
@Caligurl I do have an occilating fan sweep over the top of the canopy one below the pots and one the is above the light pointed at the light more or less. I do see the start of some up curled tips now that you mention it. I’ll raise that OCC up a bit. Good eye. The color is on just a couple leaves on two plants.
@Texasp3t3
Hard to tell from those shots and it might be too early to tell. How far in are you?
I don’t see any white whisps.
The first grow I did was bag seed and I started with 8. I wasn’t not able to tell until I flipped the lights and waited about a week for them to show. At that point it was very obvious. I ended up with 2 out of those 8 being female. Maybe one of the other folks on this thread can answer better. I’m still pretty new to this.
Yeah, I hadn’t seen hairs like all my other plants, but it’s tiny n stunted, and jus starting to really grow… and it’s like 3 weeks at least, jus slow growing
