This is growing in Happy Frog with a little added perlite and a few tbls of lime. I have not seen anything like this. Any ideas?
There is an identical plant in the same soil, started at the same time, that looks beautiful.
Did you spray it or did something spill on the leaves
I may have spilt some of the water/nutrients a little last time (I do try not to). I think some of those leaves are too young for that though. I am not disagreeing with you.
Normal variegation. It is not very common in older plant like that but is nothing to stress about.
@Graysin and I are growing the same phenotype of GDP and have had variegation the entire grow.
Crazy plant with half yellow leaves and only the yellow portions show a nutrient deficiency! Which side should I believe?
It’s normal in my opinion . I’ve seen it on some of my plants the last 3 years . Usually some of the Spanish seeds it’s some kind of natural discoloration it never seemed to affect anything .
It especially happens to bubblegum autos
I treated the deficient side like an early warning sign, like a canary in a coal mine. I treated her for all sorts of stuff during her life, most often she got extra doses of CalMag.
She looks like this now:
She’s not ready yet - the deficiency won over eventually - so she is struggling to build buds. They’re small, dense nugs though. Be prepared to give her a lot to eat.
Yep. Variegation in the classic sense. Looks odd but as she ages she will likely grow out of it. No harm if she doesn’t.
More light exposure = more demand on the nutrients in the medium. Feeding more - especially of the bloom heavy nutrients like P, K, CalMag - is gonna help alleviate the spread of that sort of issue. K is my gut reaction but I won’t swear it.
@Graysin When I saw it I started a foliar spray - one of the many samples from Extreme. Their products are great.
I have not cut any of those leaves off since the other parts are a healthy green.
Thanks everyone. I am about to add another plant to the tent and wanted to make sure it shouldn’t be contagious.
Welcome to the forum.

It could be the light as well I had a viperspectra that seemed to happen alot with that light
