When this small it’s hard to make any judgment based on color, sometimes they dark sometimes light 
Over watering is by far the number one thing that goes bad in the very beginning, even season growers do it 
I’m not saying that you are over watering but 9 times out of 10 with seedlings if something is wrong, it related to over watering…
How old are they now?
That’s one sprouted 10/7 so about 12 day out of soil! As far as watering I’m gonna hold off on the next water and see! I definitely appreciate your advice and help!

But at just over a week I’d say you got nothing to worry about, just easy on the watering
Put a cup over her and water on top of the cup. It will run off in a circle around the cup. Doesnt need much a few ounces each watering.

Yes, but just so you dont over water her directly at the stem/roots

I grow mostly in coco-coir and you can’t over water it

I saw that @DEEPDIVERDAVE does that with a cup over it when watering. I grow hydro so just picking up what people do though for soil grows.
Otherwise she looks good. Dont overthink the seedling stage too much. You will go crazy. I did. They can get goofy leaves, weird colors, etc.

When would you say another week or so before lst?
I’d wait till around the time people start topping so 4 or 5ish nodes/sets of leaves then start the LST. Im sure it can be done young but not for sure. Seedling stage is 2+ weeks then its the veg stage. I think i waited till week 4 or 5. My plant was very short but bushy then so wasnt much to train on till later. I then flipped to flower at week 9 so she had a good long veg time.
Was just curious since it’s an auto, and Monday is week 3 I appreciate you! I’ll give it a little more time
Im not familiar with autos but know they can be trained. Though they are finicky i hear with stress so ill let somone else who grows autos to chime in.

Maybe too much water its better to not have a schedule at this stage and only watering when the top inch or so feels dry
