Due to the long night,18 hours no light, you have put them into flower. I suggest at least adjusting your light to dark ratio to 12 on, 12 off.

You got to go to 12hr light schedule for flower and it’s 18hr lights on and 6hr off for veg growth
Not if they are autos. Autos will flower under 18/6 many people do it with gear success. If they were photo period then yes you have to switch to 12/12 to induce flowering.
Yes either way most every one starts with 18/6 light cycle then then go to 12hr light schedule when buds show for autos or when you want for regular photo plants

18 on and 6 off not 6 on and 18 off autos or not will not do good with 18 hrs off way to much darkness IMO!!
