Hey ya’ll got a bit of a problem here got 4 gelato I turned them almost a week ago one is wilting
Pretty hard my first thought was over watered so let dry out then flushed with just water still no luck any thoughts? I’m using sf4000 in coco never had problems before with any other strains cheers
Pics are taking when lights just come on
I think this is your worries growmie, give them a few hours they should perk back up
Coco becomes hydrophobic if left to dry out. Coco should be watered often to prevent this.
I hope so, it is looking worse today tho just the one bad one @Se7en
@MidwestGuy so what should i do?
Also what Midwest said ^^ coco needs to be watered a little more often than soil as soil hold the water longer. So make sure keep them hydrated but NOT waterlogged, just water until run off every couple or few days, they always look sad after lights off, you will see the difference if you keep checking every hour or so
@Se7en yeah OK thanks I usually do water mine every 2 days and they have always been fine, maybe it’s just this strain they are all photo seeds, I usually grow thc bomb never had this problem with it, should a just water only for a bit till she perks up?
Highly unlikely. Cannabis is cannabis. Any strain that might display such problems often isn’t going to be around very long. Drooping is environmental and occurs as a result of light or moisture and it isn’t always bad. My plants usually droop after a watering. It’s normal.
The only real difference between the strains is cannaboid (THC, CBD, CBG, CBN) content and terpine profiles. Some strains are prone to display colors in certain environmental conditions, and other such minor differences.
Do your best to re-hydrate the coco.
@MidwestGuy OK thank you for the help I’ll do my best and bare with her fingers crossed she’s all good
I grow in coco and feed daily at 900-1000 PPMs with a PH of 5.7-5.9
