Natural Fading or A Problem

These girls are 6 1/2 weeks in Flower and are showing signs of purple in her top leaves. I’m seeing some yellowing in the veins and the edges of some of the leaves. Is the yellowing of the edges a normal fading sequence or a deficiency I’m running in to?

It’s not uncommon. She’s most likely consuming her ‘mobile nutes’ as she’s building those flower stacks. (Stealing nutrients from the fans cannibal style to supplement her needs during flower). Just an opinion…

The yellowing between the veins is magnesium deficiency.

From what I can tell most of the pistils are receded and this late in the game I wouldn’t go out of my way to correct. The main colas look done or on the verge of being done. Looking pretty tasty :yum: If you intend on doing a partial harvest and leaving the lowers to mature further it might be beneficial to supplement.

It’s common for cannabis plants to take nutrients out of old leaves to use for the flowers. The old leaves turn yellow and fall off the plant. A few leaves with some yellow when the plant is more than half way through flowering is nothing to worry about. Just keep fertilizing and looking after them and you have nothing to worry about.
