The bottom is a Thai strain and the top one maybe a white widow , it’s not easily identifiable just from looking at the plants . Now the bud color being a dark tone almost blackish is only in a wild Thai strain , but most sativa and indicas grown indoors are somewhat maybe but all outdoor grown plants 
, you can never tell cause they grow completely opposite outside than indoors and how the budding stacks up it always different than indoor gardening .
But to know a strain from looking at the plant , ahhhh that’s not quite easily done . I’ve grown the black bud plant before looks dark purplish black . It was just that mainly pretty but not stupid potent I would just only grow that.
