Welcome to the new struggle Iv had mine under control for the last three days after 3 days of constant adjustments. I watered today and now everything is all outta whack cause of the humidity, never ending.

I had an ac in there but still with the door closed wouldnt get below 86… so now i moved the ac out of the room and have an intake fake sucking from it into the room lets see if that works

Do you have the AC exhausted out of the room? How much air exchange do you have in the room?

The ac is now out of the room rompletly. I need to move the intake fan my dumb ass has it at the ceiling ill put it closer to the floor and see if that helps.

Ok as long as the ac isn’t breathing it’s own exhaust. I’m assuming that’s the duct in the back, That’s the first thing I think when a portable A/C isn’t cooling the room down. It may just be undersized. I have to run a 15,000 BTU window unit in my room. Anything less doesn’t do much for my space. How big is your intake and exhaust on the grow room?

The intake is an 8in. The exhaust is 4in

I have 2 fixed fans and 2 moving fans in the room also

What else can i do to cool it off

The free/cheap options are running lights in the early morning to offset the heat, sealing and insulating the grow space. Beyond that it’s more efficient lights and bigger and/or more efficient A/C. Neither is cheap.

I run my lights from 6pm to 6am. It did make a difference in the summer for heat
