A question from a fellow grower:
My plants sprouted and after about 5 days the all fell over and died. I chauked it up to overwatering. Using rockwool and soaked to correct ph 5.5-6. Soaked seeds in water for about 24 hrs til tap root showed and put the in 1.5" cube. Heat mat , 10" dome and t5 light. 18/6 They stretched and removed dome and put about 2-3" over.
Strain (type, bag seed):
My first try was GDP and GG#4. all dropped and died at @ two inches. Order 295513
The pictures I sent are 5 LSD and 5 Critical mass from my 2nd order. Started in cup of water on 6/7 and put in rockwool and dome on 6/8 Order 298727. One CM and two LSD didn’t even sprout. They have just been randomly dropping and drying. As of this am, I only have 3 of 10 seeds standing strong and all 10 from 1st try died. Of 20 seeds, only these 3 are standing
I still have 5 Gold leaf, 5 Jack Herer auto, and 5 chocolope that I haven’t started. Need advice on which strain of those 3 I should try again with.
Soil in pots, hydroponic, or coco?:
I am using 1.5" Rockwool cubes there is no plastic wrapped around these. Soaked in 5.5 ph water before putting in seeds.
PH of runoff or solution in reservoir?:
I have not got to this point yet, they keep dying.
What is strength of nutrient mix? EC, or TDS:
Right now I am using a 25% mix. But they are dropping and dying @ the 6-7 day time frame, so I haven’t used nutes alot except for an attempt to keep them alive.

Light system, size?:
Germ in water til I see tap root. Put in cubes and in a tall dome with a t-5 light across top. I have a 315w CMH growers choice unit also. Which have both been on 24 hrs prior to sprouting. The 315 w has been height and watt adjusted to acclimate seedings growth.
After they sprout, switched to a two inch dome and same light set up. Temp has reached 90* max but try to level at 75* range. I have a humidifier but is small, humidity has dropped to 34%, but try to keep in 55% range.
Temps day, night:
Max 93* min 68* avg 75* adjust according if temp is low or high.
Humidity day, night
Max 60% min 34% avg @45% adjust as needed.
Ventilation system (yes/no, size):
Yes, 2 - hurricane 6 inch. 1 blowing in 5x5 tent and other is exhaust going out
1 10" oscillating fan.
AC, humidifier, de-humidifier?:
Only AC is the intake blower air and a small humidifier hold @ a gallon of water, last about a day. I feel that the airflow is sucking humidity out through exhaust

No
