I would cut way back on your watering. Start feeding with Jacks or something mellow. Happy Frog doesn’t have alot of nutrition. Thats why I only used HF on the very top layer. It won’t burn the seedlings. I usually don’t start watering every 4 days until they are heavy into flowering. In the veg state, I only water maybe 1 a week.

Everything is illegal in this state. It’s a nanny state 
You cross the road anywhere except at the traffic lights or a pedestrian crossing and your nicked. You have any trace of illegal drugs in your system (even if you haven’t used for a week) when they pull you over for a road side drug test and your done. You get done for having seeds, more than 20 seeds and your a dealer That’s a bs one that is. How can I be a dealer when I don’t have any plants, they are seeds. This place is shocking.
A small spike in the power bill wouldn’t attract attention but a 1000 watt spike definitely would. It would double or triple the power bill instantly and they would be knocking on the door.
The other advantage to LED’s is they don’t need transformers and the police were doing some research into finding places that had big transformers going. It interferes with their radio signal and they drive around waiting for their radios to crackle and stop working then try to figure out who has it. They found a few grow houses because of that.

Just one crypto mine blows your power bill away. My gaming rig has a 1k PSU. Spikes power. I am in a small college town. Big college. Police visited my neighbor to question about a college incident… Saw a gallon jar of weed. Asked if it was good and said later gator. TEXAS. The cops dont care about home growers not dealing pretty much. They have enough on their plates.
Not saying not to use caution. Just saying a home grow for self use is far down the priority list.

That sucks. I always thought seeds were a novelty item and were not illegal until you germinate them. I bet you could order flower on line since it’s listed as THCA. You should try. Someplace like lit farms will send an 1/8. They are cheaper than our local dispensaries here. If its illegal, they won’t process your order or payment.

Seeds are sold as a novelty and according to the dictionary and biology books, seeds and plants are different things. Plants have roots, leaves, need a substrate, require light, water, nutrients and carbon dioxide to live. Seeds don’t need any of this. Seeds don’t photosynthesize either but plants do.
It comes down to some magistrate or judge who decided to say “in the eyes of the law, seeds are plants”. He set a precedence and now seeds are apparently plants.

In my 30 years of growing plants can do anything, I had that issue a long long time ago with my photoperiods, but I can grow them with my eyes closed, TBH, I see only guesses, time to read up on Ed Rosenthal or Jorge Cervantes, Quit listening to opinions and start reading those books, It;'s how I learned this business
