Yeah the light is yehsence 1500 it’s 265 watts but I can’t turn it down or up
When you water, try to water the outer area of the pot instead of the middle. This will help her to build a good root system. After she is supported, i use a couple chop sticks but you can get creative and use what you have, make sure you have a fan gently blowing by her, not directly at her. The movement from the fan ( the breeze) will trigger a hormone release wich tells the plant to strengthen.
Does the light state what brand and model? You can look up the manufacturer recommended hang height. You can raise the light up higher and lower depending on how your plant responds.

Burn marks on the shield wont matter. You just need to get the light down to where it dont burn you. It is stretching for light. Does the soil have nutrients in it? Doesnt need added nutrients until about week 6. Water about 3 inches in a circle around her. Make her find the water.

I heard that the roots expanded faster if u don’t water the outter and u get closer to the out side as you water because the roots will wanna find more water but they were wrong
Yes, water a few inches away from her so she sends roots to go find the water.
This is the set up tho does anything look wrong I have the filter and the fan stuff but u cant see from that angle

What brand light is that? I can look up the info. You can physically raise the light higher. How many inches away is the light? You will want a stronger light for flower.
Rn I have not clue how far but I was told to lower it and the bread is yehsence 1500 it’s the one with purple lights when u scroll down a little but I have 4 other grow lights when they get bigger my plan was to throw another light in

What i found on Amazon for your light states its a 150watt and for veg 20" from top

I sure will thanks for all the help I’ll use those measurements what would I do because that plant I would say is around 3 weeks and my others just popped a few days ago how would I like get them all the light they need

I just use a stool or plastic container to raise up the smaller solo cup girls. If theres room in the bigger pot, sometimes i just set the cups in the pot with the other girl
