@Cyle1 nice pups wheres momma at to clean them babys
I use heavy duty shop type of paper towel, get it wet and then wring most of the water out of it. The term “damp” paper towel should be target, no additional water in bag should be needed. When you place paper towel into ziplock you should trap some air in it. Doesn’t have to be a lot, but don’t try to get all of the air out either. Then place ziplock bag somewhere warm and dark.
Quantum board kits are also available at horticulture lighting group direct. The only difference to my knowledge is that you can pay an extra $25 or so and get them assembled from growerslights.
Ok cool. My temp is staying right around 75, and they are in there with that. I saw the horticultural group this morning and they seemed a bit cheaper. I’ll Prob go with one of those this week on payday.
That’s beautiful! Hope mine turn out like that…love some blueberry!!!

When my seeds germinate and I place them in the dirt. Do test the ph of my water and then water the seed? How much water should each seed get starting out?
Like next to nothing when germinating. I use spray bottle and give them a mist or two.
Looking good dude. Have you given any thought to joining Bergmans Lab? There are some really cool training modules there, and a few different tools to use.
I have, I really wanted to wait to see if the forum will go on sale by itself. But here in a month or so if it doesn’t happen I’ll just pay for it all. Thank you!!
Those look great my man! That’s some skills. That doesn’t mean a whole lot coming from a newbie but they are gorgeous and I know that took some work!
Actually this is my very first grow. I’ll tell ya what it takes, is money haha I have invested in good lighting, meters, soil. It pays off in the end to go about things the right way. It sure makes it a hell of alot easier as well. We gotta have the perfect enviorment before we can have the perfect plants!! you will do just as good brosky!
Yes, I’m learning the money part:joy:…never would I have thought it was like this. Growing up I always kinda thought very simple. A little water, a little dirt, and a lot of sunshine you’d be good. Way more involved, but I’m loving it. So many new ideas and a lot of good people helping other good people.

When the seeds reach full germination and are ready to place in the dirt. Do I just give them/dirt a couple sprays with the bottle sprayer once a day, or is it as the soil looks dry?
I prepare my medium before introducing the seed to it. It gets dampened enough to be visibly damp but not wet. No way to tell you how much that is: a tablespoon or two? I usually give them a teaspoon or so every morning and use an atomizer and mist the inside of a clear dome placed over them to raise humidity. Use a 24/0 schedule to promote root development.
Remember that the seedling derives it’s moisture from the air for the first two weeks. Once a taproot is established you can start feeding and watering as a plant.
So @dbrn32 back on the Phresh filter topic.
If you remember, I am having a problem finding a carbon filter to keep up with my fan. I have a 6in ac infinity and was wondering, if I bought an 8" phresh(700cfm rated) I could use a reducer from the filter to my 6". You think that would work out?
Im trying account for the drop in cfm my fan gets when hooking up a filter. I can’t afford to have horrible airflow in the attic. So I figured buying an oversized filter would allow more air in.
